SUPIANDI PRAWIRAWIDJAJA, President Commissioner

President Commissioner of the Company based on the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 19, 2024. He is one of the founders of the Company. He studied Business Administration at Nan Yang University, Singapore, graduating in 1967. Has served as Deputy Director of the Company (1971-1980). Affiliated with the President Director and Directors of the Company.

SUHENDRA PRAWIRAWIDJAJA, Commissioner

Commissioner of the Company based on the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 19, 2024. He studied economics at Ganesha College of Economics and Padjadjaran University. Served as the manager of CH Art & Poetry Studio (1999-present). Affiliated with the President Commissioner of the Company, President Director and Director of the Company.

SONY DEVANO, Independent Commissioner

Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 19, 2024. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Padjadjaran University, Bandung, majoring in Accounting, in 2001, and earned a Master's degree in Accounting at Padjadjaran University in 2004, and earned a Doctoral degree in accounting science at Padjadjaran University in February 2022. He has also worked as a CEO at SAR Tax & Management Consultant since 2013, has been a attorney at the Tax Court since 2000, has been a Partner at a Public Accounting Firm since 2018, and as a master program lecturer at Padjajaran University.
He has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, or Shareholders of the Company.

EVITA PUSPITASARI, Independent Commissioner

Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 2, 2025. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University - Bandung, majoring in Accounting, in 1999; Master of Science (MSi) from Gajah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta in 2003, and holds a Doctorate from the Doctoral Program in Accounting from Padjadjaran University (UNPAD) Bandung in 2025. Works as a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNPAD, since 1999; Audit Committee of the Indonesian Education University, since 2020; Expert Staff of SAR TAX Management & Consultant, since 2021; Partner of Sarana Solusi Nawala (SSN) Consulting, since 2023; Expert Staff of KAP Jojo Sunaryo & Rekan (JSR) Bandung Branch, since 2024; Member of the Audit Committee of PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk, since 2024. She has no affiliated relationship with other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors of the Company, or with the Shareholders of the Company.
