SABANA PRAWIRAWIDJAJA, President Director

President Director of the Company based on the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 19, 2024. He is one of the founders of the Company. He also serves as President Commissioner of PT Kraft Ultrajaya Indonesia, President Commissioner of PT Nikos Distribution Indonesia (2006-present), President Commissioner of PT Ito En Ultrajaya Wholesale (2013-present), Commissioner of PT Ultra South Bandung Farm (2021-present), President Director of PT Ultra Sumatera Dairy Farm (2008-present). Educated in General Management, Nan Yang University, Singapore. Affiliated with the President Commissioner and a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Company, and one of the Directors of the Company.

SAMUDERA PRAWIRAWIDJAJA, Director

Director of the Company based on the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 19, 2024. In addition, he serves as Director at PT Kraft Ultrajaya Indonesia (1994-present), President Director at PT Campina Ice Cream Industry (1995-present), Director at PT Ito En Ultrajaya Wholesale (2013-present), and Commissioner at PT Ultra Sumatera Diary Farm (2008-present). He studied at Southern California College, USA, and graduated in 1988. He is affiliated with the President Commissioner of the Company and the President Director of the Company.

JUTIANTO ISNANDAR, Director

Director of the Company based on the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 19, 2024. In addition, he serves as President Commissioner of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry (2020-present), Commissioner of PT Ultra Sumatera Dairy Farm (2008-present) and President Director of PT Menara Ultra Indonesia. He worked at PT Indomilk, Jakarta (1970-1974) and joined the Company in 1974. In the Company, he has served as Production Manager, Assistant Factory Manager, Factory Manager, Sales & Distribution Manager. He studied at the Faculty of Food Technology, Bogor Agricultural University, graduating in 1963. He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, or Shareholders of the Company.
