CITRA SUKMADILAGA, Indonesian Citizen.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran - Bandung, majoring in Accounting, in 2002, earned a Master of Business Administration on Finance at Universiti Putra Malaysia, in 2005, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) on Finance at Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2015.

He has worked as a Member of the Risk and Investment Management Committee at PT Jasa Sarana (BUMD Jabar) since 2021, Head of the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program since 2021 and Lecturer at the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran since 2006. Previously as Audit and Business Risk Committee at PTPN 8 for periode 2013-2020.

Has been a member of the Company's Audit Committee since 2019 and serves as an Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the GMS on June 19, 2024.

EVITA PUSPITASARI, Indonesian Citizen.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran - Bandung, majoring in Accounting, in 1998, earned a Masters in Financial Accounting from Universitas Gajah Mada - Yogyakarta in 2003, and pursued a doctoral degree in Financial Accounting from Universitas Padjadjaran - Bandung, starting in 2019.

Working as a permanent Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University - Bandung, since 1999, joined SAR Tax & Management & Consultant, since 2021, Audit Committee of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, since 2020.

Served as a member of the Company's Audit Committee based on the Board of Commissioners Meeting held in June 2024.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran - Bandung, majoring in Accounting, in 2017, earned a Masters in Accountancy with major in Management Accounting from Universitas Padjadjaran - Bandung, in 2020. Currently, he pursued a doctoral degree in Financial Accounting from Universitas Padjadjaran - Bandung, starting in 2021.

Working as a lecturer at Universitas Padjadjaran - Bandung and other consulting services related to financial statement analysis, costing system, stock valuation and others.

Served as a member of the Company's Audit Committee based on the Board of Commissioners Meeting held in June 2024.
